FMI's Sustainable Leadership Development provides one-to-one life coaching sessions and a variety of group trainings focused on building lifeskills. We prioritize personal development within leadership, we produce sustainable outcomes with our clients and we teach best practices of social responsibility.
Debbie graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology. During her education, Debbie conducted research before beginning her behavioral health career in 1997. She was certified as a Targeted Case Manager in 1999, and by 2003, she became a Youth Case Manager Supervisor.
She excelled in working with older adolescents transitioning to adulthood and involved in the adult mental health system. In 2006, she became a member of the Broward County Transitional Work Group Committee. Debbie began receiving an outpour of requests from professionals and families needing assistance to navigate challenging situations. Debbie is an expert in youth and adult life coaching services, she consistently demonstrates excellence through therapeutic engagement and evidence-based outcomes.
Debbie is certified as a Targeted Case Manager, Targeted Case Manager Supervisor, Wrap Around Services, TIP Services, WRAP, and a Life Coach / Transitional Residential Services Supervisor.
Sustainable Leadership Development Expert
With 30 years of social service experience, FMI's founder wanted to achieve a higher level of impact and created a much-needed option for much-needed change in the way most people view leadership. It is widely known that people want to change, but most often need help learning how to create and sustain personal change.
Belinda's sharp analytical skills helped her to envision a solution for anyone who needs help, support, and assistance with improving his or her personal leadership journey. It became clear that not only does everyone face some sort of adversity, but that leadership is composed of teachable life skills applicable to all people.
The creation of FMI's sustainable leadership development not only helps clients to improve leadership skills, it teaches people how to manage and maintain all life domains for self-preservation while developing levels of social responsibility. This much-needed change led Belinda to author "The Bee-Line to Leadership", a 12-step training process tailored to meet the individual participant's wants and needs related improved leadership and personal growth.
